Travel PhotographyLibrary in Lightroom 3 -- Ted made his mark as the photographer for The Woodlands Corporation. He is also a master at the Library feature in Lightroom 3. Many people complain that Library is the most confusing section of Lightroom. Ted will demonstrate how he uses Library and why he thinks all photographers should embrace it.

Image critique -- Kathy and Ted will critique 5 images from each attendee. Without knowing the owner of the images, Kathy and Ted will give their honest opinion of each image. After all the images have been critiqued, the images will be discussed during a question and answer session. What fun to see what other nature photographers in the area are shooting but also hear what professionals think about them.

Milky WayCamera Raw Processing -- Camera Raw in Photoshop CS5 and Develop in Lightroom 3 do many of the same functions. A good image can become an outstanding image in Camera Raw or Develop. Watch and learn as Kathy does general processing to a group of images and then reveals some interesting tools to give the images a bit of magic.

Pushing the Envelope -- Kathy will present the final session of the day. She'll talk about her recent work where she is shooting in a different way. Travel and nature photography will be the focus including motion pans, night photography, star photography, using multiple flash, and incorporating a trip beam. Processing techniques include HDR and Light Blending.
